Welcome to the 602
The Greensboro Elks Lodge has been helping the Triad community since its inception in 1901, supporting various charitable endeavors. Projects included are: various youth programs, veterans, hospice and palliative care, and Flags in the Classroom. Please view the links above for detailed information on our projects and events!
